Your wellbeing

A record of your own, with no grade

Exercise, meals and mood. The app counts what you log and gives it back to you as charts — and there it stops. Deciding whether that is good or bad belongs to whoever is caring for you, who knows things about you an app does not.

no entry

Example charts, with the exact shape they have in the app.

Log and count. Nothing more.

It sounds like little and it is a hard decision to hold: any other app would put a wellbeing score here.

No goals to hit

There is no streak to break and no ring to close. A pregnancy has bad weeks and gamified guilt is no use to anyone.

No calorie counting

Meals are planned meal by meal and you mark the ones you followed. How many calories you ate is not an app's business.

No interpreting your mood

The mood line does not cross the empty days, and the support message is always the same: changing it based on what you logged would be assessing you.

The calendar brings it together

Appointments, exercise, meals and mood in the same month, so you see your whole life instead of four separate tabs.
