Senda proposes the fields
It reads the document and suggests what each box says. It marks them as proposals, never as facts.
You confirm or correct
Nothing enters your record without your approval. A detail the app misread and stored on its own is worse than not having the detail.
And the rest of what it keeps
Voice notes
You record what you were told on the way out. The audio is transcribed and discarded — it is never stored — and the transcription is yours to correct.
Without signal, too
What you write offline is stored on the phone and syncs when the signal returns. Waiting rooms have two bars; the app is built for that.
