Today
Your 40 weeks as an arc, the next step on your path, your next appointment and your record at a glance.
What Senda does
Six areas, and the same rule in all of them: every fact comes with its source and its date, or it is not there.
Each one has its own page, with its screen and the decisions behind it.
You open the app and you know what week you are in, what comes next and when your next appointment is. Without looking for anything.
Your 40 weeks as an arc, the next step on your path, your next appointment and your record at a glance.
Which procedure is next for your coverage and your week, the window it usually happens in, what to bring and which official source it comes from. You check off what you have done.
Appointments, exercise, meals and mood in one month. Everything with a date, in one place.
The question no other app answers: where to go, today, in your city and with your coverage.
Hospitals, clinics and labs with the date we verified each detail. What ages is marked; what expires leaves the directory instead of staying there lying.
IMSS, ISSSTE or private; obstetric emergencies; whether a companion is allowed; whether they accept a birth plan; whether they have a nursery or NICU. Plus search by name or area.
When to seek care, taken from official sources with the review date in plain sight. With a button straight to the nearest emergency room.
The hospital bag, registering the birth, maternity leave. Every guide comes with a checklist and the source it came from.
Tests, prescriptions and notes stop living in a plastic bag and in screenshots.
Appointments, labs, ultrasounds and notes in order, with the week each one happened.
You photograph a result and it stays on your phone. Senda reads the fields and proposes them: you confirm or correct, never the other way round.
You record what the doctor told you on the way out. The audio is transcribed and discarded — it is never stored — and the transcription is yours to edit.
A link that expires after the hours or the views you choose, revocable whenever you want, with a printable version. Without asking anyone to sign up.
Answers when the health system does not give them clearly, and people who have already been through it.
Questions about paperwork, coverage and requirements, answered with information Senda has verified and the source cited. If it has no backing, it says so instead of inventing.
Interest groups where you post under a pseudonym, never your name. Reading is free; so is joining, and so is leaving.
How to navigate the system, in our voice and with our positions: how to read the directory seals, what to do with mixed coverage, why we do not assess symptoms.
It logs and counts. It does not score, does not interpret and does not tell you whether you are doing well: that belongs to whoever is caring for you.
Your movement diary, with the total sessions and minutes for the week.
You plan the week meal by meal and mark the ones you followed. No calorie counting and no judgement.
One entry a day, yours, with no interpretation — and the support circle one tap away when you need it.
Your own charts of what you logged: exercise days, meals followed, mood across the month.
A pregnancy record is one of the most intimate things there is. It shows in how the app is built.
What you save offline stays on your phone and syncs when the signal returns. In a waiting room with two bars, it still works.
A notice about tomorrow's appointment, without a single health detail in the notification.
You download everything Senda keeps about you as a file, and you can delete your account from the app. No email to write, no reply to wait for.
Every use of your data is turned on separately and turned off the same way. Nothing switches itself on.
Saying it here is part of the product. An app that promises to reassure you about any symptom is an app you should not trust.
If you ask something medical, Senda tells you so and sends you to someone who can: "I do not assess symptoms or give medical guidance."
What it does is get you to them with everything in order, not save you the appointment.
Without a verified source behind it, it would rather say it does not know and note it down to cover it.
Or share it. You decide what is stored, what for, and for how long.
Sign up and we will tell you the day it opens.
