When the directory says "Verified 8 days ago · phone", every word carries weight: someone called, eight days ago, and confirmed that specific detail. It is not a decorative tick — it is a claim with a date and a signature.
Each kind of detail ages differently. A phone number changes faster than a companion policy, so each one has its own shelf life. When a detail ages, the seal says so; when it expires outright, the facility leaves the results rather than showing up with information that can no longer be trusted.
If something is wrong, report it from the facility page. The answer to "your data is wrong" is to go and verify, not to argue: your report puts that facility at the front of the verification queue and we promise you a date for the answer.
